Highlight - Clayton Kershaw pitched five innings of one-run ball and got four scoreless innings of bullpen support to pick up the win. Jacksonville roughed up Tommy Hanson with help from an Albert Pujols home run and good production at the bottom of the lineup, where Nyjer Morgan came up with two singles, two RBI and two stolen bases.

Highlight - Joe Mauer, who caught every inning of the entire postseason for Jacksonville, homered and drove in two. Jon Lester delivered one-run ball into the seventh and the bullpen kept it scoreless from there.

 

SERIES SUMMARY: Jacksonville takes two on the road to close out the series as MVP Hanley Ramirez bats .400 (12 hits) with two homers, two doubles and four RBI. The Crusaders pitching staff had a series ERA of 3.13, including five relievers checking in at 2.25 or lower. Jacksonville was also 6 for 6 in the stolen base department and made only three errors all series.
